The project is an “education chain” embracing different disciplines, languages, ages, from kids to adults to kids, from primary school to university, professional courses, public bodies and associations. It means to be a contribution to a peace education program. It is a journey towards a sustainable wo.r.l.d. (work related learning development) through promoting a culture of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, nonviolence, communion with the planet, world citizenship, understanding and empathy. The journey is a process of growth through a work of research, study, materials, activities to achieve the 16th Sustainable Development Goal as a common objective.

OUR AIMS

Building a culture of nonviolence, a feeling of communion with oneself, the others, one’s own country institutions and our planet
Introducing teachers to the themes of non violence and peace education program
Letting students know the different shades of nonviolence, as a tool for the affirmation of democracy, human rights and for the construction of Peace and disarmament
Disseminating the contents of the "Palermo Charter" promoted by the conferences on the Mediterranean on the occasion of the UN day of Nonviolence
Reflecting on the role of women in building Peace and for the affirmation of human rights
Spreading a mindset of mindfulness
Aiming at well being through local (one’s own country and school) and international cooperation
Creating an atmosphere in which to feel safe, respected and valued for what he is, he has, he can do
Integrating social and emotional learning and school curriculum
